Air Suspension

An air suspension kit replaces the metal suspension springs with compressed air bags (air springs) which allow you to adjust your van height on the fly, allowing for a more versatile & customisable ride.w447 air spring It can be lowered for a sporty look or better access to the rear of the vehicle, raised to give the van more ground clearance when carrying heavy loads or over speed bumps and even raise it higher for improved departure angles on off-road tracks.

All our kits are direct bolt on & come with various management options.w447 air spring Key ring remote & switch panel system uses simple controls to control x4 Solenoids Valve manifold. This does not store any pressure/height presets. Display Remote with height presets & more sophisticated Controller Unit using x8 Solenoids in a larger valve manifold enables a more comprehensive system to be fitted.

Never lower the vehicle with unfilled air springs, this causes permanent damage to compressor & valves. After installation, always check system for leaks - it is recommended to fully lower from lift and then measure the height of each air supported area to ensure that they are all at the same height. Failure to do this could result in the system being permanently damaged by leaks, causing expensive repair bills.
