The W639 Air Spring and Air Suspension For the Mercedes Vito

The w639 air spring and air suspension is a full conversion kit designed for the rear of the Mercedes Vito. The kit lifts the vehicle over 6 inches from its lowest point and is perfect for wheel chair access vehicles, motor home conversions or traditional vans. The front kit is also available, lifting the front of the vehicle around 4 inches from its lowest point. Both kits come with a wireless digital air management system which is designed for ultimate ease of installation. Everything is pre-fabricated in a sealed enclosure no larger than a dual subwoofer box and is supplied fully wired, plumbed, leak tested and ready to go. Struts are inflated via Schrader valves (tyre valves can be used) and everything is fully reversible if required.

The air suspension allows your vehicle to maintain an even ride height regardless of load, providing structural support for the vehicle and its passengers whilst remaining comfortable. It is important that the air suspension is checked and maintained on a regular basis to ensure that it continues to perform as intended. If your vehicle starts to sag, bottom out or shudders at every little bump in the road it is likely that you have a leak in one of the air suspension components. Leaks in air suspension can cause the air compressor to overwork itself trying to keep the bellows full and can eventually cause it to burn out or fail completely.

Suncore’s air suspension replacement springs are the ideal solution for replacing your faulty air suspension components and allow you to maintain that smooth, comfortable and level ride that your vehicle was designed with. Each air spring is manufactured to exacting OEM specifications and is a direct replacement for the OE adaptive suspension assembly.
