Reasons for abnormal noise of Air suspension/shock absorber and solutions

1. The shock absorber is not firmly fixed. Because of the long-term vibration in the driving, the fixing nut loosened. Just tighten the fixing nut.

2. The rubber bushes at both ends of the shock absorber are worn out, forming a clearance at the fixed point, and making noise when the car is running. The fault can be eliminated by replacing the rubber bushing.

3. The lack of oil in the shock absorber will also cause abnormal noise in shock absorption. Check for oil leakage. If there is no oil leakage, add enough shock absorber oil according to regulations.

4. The piston rod, cylinder tube or oil storage cylinder of the shock absorber is deformed, and the piston rod is stuck. The shock absorber should be repaired or replaced.

 Air suspension/Shock absorber Solution:
1. Change the vibration form of the air  compression valve  to reduce vibration noise.

2. Reduce the oil pressure in the working cylinder and reduce the vibration amplitude of the recovery valve.

3. Of course, if you can't judge the air suspension strut abnormality caused by what kind of situation, it is best to send it to the car repair shop for repair and don't use "medicine" indiscriminately.

4. If the  air suspension strut  is used for too long, in order to ensure the safety and comfort of the car, please replace the air suspension strut in time.
